Firepits-- Above and Below-Ground

CHASKA GAS FIREPIT

Gas firepit on patio. Paver is tumbled Interlock Range 9 Colonial. There's lots of variety of gas inserts for firepits.

PLYMOUTH GAS FIREPIT

Detail showing how a gas firepit is built. We build the walls to contain the size of the insert. This one has a handle we want exposed.

PLYMOUTH GAS FIREPIT

Firepit is built and we've made little cut pieces to hide the handle as much as possible.

PLYMOUTH GAS FIREPIT

Looking from the house or from the sides, you don't see the handle at all! Handle turns on the firepit.

EDEN PRAIRIE FIREPIT

Above-ground wood-burning firepit with sitting wall alongside.

EDEN PRAIRIE FIREPIT

Detail of firepit. This one was about 3' diameter.

MINNEAPOLIS FIREPIT

Example of buried firepit with bullnose pavers glued on top. Although this one looks nice, we generally recommend above-ground firepits. It keeps the heat closer to you and you don't have to bend over so far to deal with wood and ashes.

Natural Boulder Firepit

Ring of boulders, for a natural-looking firepit.

Block Firepit with Bullnose Caps

Test-fitting before final installation
