Warranty Policy

Just a brief word on our warranty policy. This is an overview, not our exact contract language. The main thing we want you to know is that we stand behind our work 100%, and will do everything we can to ensure you love your final project.

With that in mind, here's what our limited warranty generally covers, unless stated differently in your contract agreement.

2-year limited warranty on all hardscape installations.
2-year limited warranty on trees and shrubs. You will have to water and maintain your plants properly to keep your warranty in force; don't worry, we'll tell you how to do it. Also, we get all our plant material from Bachman's wholesale, so you know you are starting with the best possible product.

A limited warranty is only as good as the company that provides it. We take extra care throughout the installation process to make the likelihood of warranty repair as low as possible. We'd just as soon do the work right the first time and let you avoid the hassle of calling us back. But if something needs fixing, we will be happy to come back and make it right.
